Hull Minster Beer Festival Returns for 2026
The Hull Minster Beer Festival will return for its eighth year in March 2026, bringing together over 100 real ales, craft beers, and ciders in the stunning setting of Hull's most historic building.
The three-day festival, which takes place from 27-29 March, has become one of East Yorkshire's most popular food and drink events.
What to Expect
This year's festival will feature:
- Over 100 real ales from breweries across Yorkshire and beyond
- A dedicated craft beer bar featuring local breweries including Great Newsome, Atom, and Bone Machine
- 30+ ciders and perries from traditional producers
- Street food vendors serving everything from gourmet burgers to wood-fired pizza
- Live music throughout the weekend
- A gin and prosecco bar for non-beer drinkers
Local Brewery Spotlight
Several Hull and East Yorkshire breweries will have dedicated stands, including:
- Great Newsome Brewery (South Holderness)
- Atom Beers (Hull)
- Bone Machine Brewing (Hull)
- Wold Top Brewery (Driffield)
- Brass Castle Brewery (Malton)
Tickets and Times
- Thursday 27 March: 5pm-11pm (Opening Night — £12)
- Friday 28 March: 12pm-11pm (£10)
- Saturday 29 March: 12pm-9pm (£10)
All tickets include a commemorative glass and programme. Designated driver tickets are available at £5 with free soft drinks.
Festival organiser Rev Canon Dr Neal Barnes said: "The Beer Festival has become a highlight of Hull's social calendar. There's something magical about enjoying a pint of locally brewed ale in a building that's been at the heart of this city for over 700 years."
